Ted Fleming
Ted Fleming is keenly aware of how challenging
it can be for people to buy or sell a home. It's a big step, a major commitment, and one of the most demanding
experiences in life. Ted demonstrates patience, guidance, and the tireless pursuit of his clients' best
interests, and his dedication and hard work are evident throughout every transaction and beyond. Ted strives
to build valuable long-term client relationships, not just successful transactions.
Ted attended Indiana University majoring in Political Science in the Pre-Law program. He moved to California
shortly after graduation and took a job with a construction team focused on demolition and remodeling. The
years Ted worked in this field gave him insight into the building of structures and the key components of
successful investments. Ted also worked in a law firm where he contributed to the successful resolution of a
high profile case involving construction and development fraud.
Armed with the knowledge he accrued in construction
and law, Ted purchased a "fixer" in the hills of Studio City and income property in his home state of Indiana.
Through these transactions it became clear to him that he wanted to be involved in Real Estate on a full time basis.
This realization was the catalyst that brought Ted to Coldwell Banker.

Don Johnson
Don Johnston is a Previews Property Specialist at Coldwell Banker in Beverly Hills.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Don left Southern California for the University of Stony Brook, New York, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, a minor in French, with additional studies at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. He has traveled extensively worldwide for both business and pleasure, living for periods of time in France, Switzerland and Brazil. Don’s knowledge of different languages, cultures and customs gives him the ability to understand and appreciate a variety of approaches to life and business.
Don used his international experience and knowledge of travel during his career in luxury hospitality marketing and hotel development for Starwood, Hilton and InterContinental hotel groups. After years in Manhattan, he returned to Los Angeles, as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Five Star/Five Diamond L’Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills. Don gleaned insights from working with a range of discerning clientele including celebrities, producers and directors, as well as many high net worth individuals.
With a wealth of knowledge, and armed with an array of influential business contacts, Don shifted to a career in real estate sales and marketing.
